Three women are the focus, posing with championship belts in a wrestling arena. They are all smiling and appear excited, with one woman covering her mouth in disbelief. The mood is celebratory and triumphant, typical of a post-match victory. One woman wears a neon green top and black leather shorts with fishnet stockings and cowboy boots, while another sports a green snakeskin-patterned outfit. The background features a cheering crowd and a large screen displaying "WOMEN'S UNITED CHAMPIONSHIP" and "PAIGE". A black panel in the foreground reads "UPR WITNESS THE".
