@not_a_newtthe High Court of Justice Business and Property Courts of England and Wales Business List (ChD) just got involved because X Internet Unlimited Company and X Corp are suing Mr Vivek Kumar Sen and Ms Zamyang Sherpa. these two individuals from the UK living in India allegedly took $277,000 out of a revenue-sharing program. the claim says they systematically reposted cryptocurrency content made by other people to get big payouts. honestly it is surprising how much cash you can pull in just by reuploading other people's work.

This is a legal document, specifically a court filing. The focus is on a legal claim between entities and individuals. The document details the "Particulars of Claim" and a "Summary of the Claim" related to the online platform "X". The mood is formal and legalistic. The visually notable aspect is the clear, official formatting of a court document. ON-SCREEN TEXT: IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUSTICE BUSINESS AND PROPERTY COURTS OF ENGLAND AND WALES BUSINESS LIST (ChD) BETWEEN: (1) X INTERNET UNLIMITED COMPANY (2) X CORP. - and - (1) MR VIVEK KUMAR SEN (2) MS ZAMYANG SHERPA (3) PERSONS UNKNOWN who operated, used or otherwise controlled the accounts set out in Annex A Claimants Defendants PARTICULARS OF CLAIM SUMMARY OF THE CLAIM (A) (B) (C) The Claimants operate the online platform known as "X". The Claimants bring this action
