@blinks_lisaxo_Six variations of the ref. 7043 made up the Gondolo "Ladies First" collection that Patek Philippe introduced in Milan during its Watch Art Grand Exhibition, and the whole presentation pulled from the 2009 Ladies First chronograph (ref. 7071) while pushing things toward a much more fashion-forward place. That shift shows up clearly in the "I AM. I WEAR." campaign that arrived alongside the launch, and it shows up even more clearly on Lisa, who wore the Joaillerie take on the Gondolo "Ladies First" even though she's an ambassador for a different watch and jewelry brand. Her choosing it anyway reads as a personal call, and with her stature as a global superstar it lands as a bigger moment for Patek than any ad campaign could buy. The watch itself is ref. 7043/250GR-001, a 34.8 mm case in a two-tone mix of 18k white gold and pink gold, and diamonds cover essentially all of it: 687 brilliant-cut stones weighing 3.11 carats in total. The 18k pink gold dial carries 303 of those brilliant-cut diamonds arranged in a circular pattern, while 12 trapeze-cut amethysts (0.17 carats) sit alongside leaf-shaped hands in purple white gold. Around the edge, the dial flange is 18k white gold set with 108 diamonds. The cushion-shaped case takes its cues from Art Deco and is done in 18k white gold, with 253 brilliant-cut diamonds set across it, while the articulating lugs in 18k pink gold add comfort on the wrist and the crown matches in pink gold. A shiny purple alligator leather strap finishes it off, and the bi-metal prong buckle brings 23 more brilliant-cut diamonds. The 2026 version runs on quartz power rather than a mechanical movement.
