@obumHudson Williams describes loneliness as something he deals with fleetingly, a feeling that stems from being left alone a ton as a kid. That isolation led him to start lashing out, though his parents really didn't know what was going on at the time. Once they started to give him a bit more attention, he stopped lashing out because he admits he was trying to get attention. He believes that specific dynamic gave him the ability to be alone in large amounts without falling apart. When he feels lonely, the first thing he does is go to books and movies he loves or rush back to friends, his favorite people. Hudson explains that when you're kinda falling down that hole of being lonely, your friends and family act like climbing pegs, the climbing wall that pulls you back into life by. The strategy involves finding those good people and those things that inspire me to anchor yourself when the solitude gets heavy.
