Madonna has achieved a rare feat on the US iTunes chart, replacing herself at number one twice in a row. Her album 'CONFESSIONS II: Instrumentals' took the top spot from 'CONFESSIONS II: Icon Edition', which had itself just dethroned 'CONFESSIONS II'. #Madonna
