Duke University law school admissions accusation
The Trump DOJ just hit Duke University's law school in Durham, North Carolina with a formal accusation: admissions were illegally tilted against white and Asian students for the classes of 2023, 2024, and 2025. The stat that stings, rejected white and Asian applicants in 2024 and 2025 had a higher median LSAT than Black applicants who were admitted.
