UAE Ministry Foreign Affairs joint condemnation

The UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Jordan, Indonesia, Pakistan, Türkiye, and Egypt have jointly condemned Israel's E1 settlement plan. These eight foreign ministers describe the proposal as a dangerous escalation that could accelerate annexation and sever the territorial link between the West Bank and East Jerusalem. They state the plan threatens the viability of a contiguous Palestinian state and directly contradicts Trump's stated opposition to West Bank annexation and forced displacement. The group is calling for the E1 plan to be halted, settlement activity to stop, and international sanctions to be considered against those responsible for expansion.
