Atlético Madrid have gone ahead and submitted an official bid to Juventus for Jonathan David. The structure being discussed is an initial loan with a buy option clause attached. It seems Jonathan David is actually open to joining the Spanish side, but there is a major hurdle. Fabrizio Romano notes that Juventus require a replacement player secured before they can give any green light to the deal.
