Elon Musk secured a court order stopping Operation Bluebird from using the Twitter name. Following that legal win, the entity formerly known as 'new Twitter' got renamed to Tweet. The ruling gave protection for the term 'Twitter' specifically but didn't cover the word 'tweet'.
