Mariano Díaz Alavés turnaround

Last year was an authentic disaster for Mariano Díaz. He looked like he needed life support, having recorded zero goals and zero assists throughout the entire LaLiga season without participating in a single goal event. Now barely four matches into his time with Alavés, the stats are wild: three goals and three assists. That is six total goal participations in just four games while Alavés sits as the sub-leader of their league. It looks strange how football always gives second chances.
