The Odyssey crosses 600M US box office

I honestly dont know what to do with these legs anymore. TheOdyssey pulled 7.6M across its 9th 3-day weekend, which is only a 41.9% slide from the holiday-inflated frame before it, and that happened even after 329 theatres got dropped on FRI. That number also lines it up with FindingNemo: 59 straight days above 1M, tied for the 6th longest such run ever. US cume for ChristopherNolan's film now reads 600.7M. It becomes his 18th title to clear 600 million domestically, and only the 18th movie in history to get there at all. The IMAX extension that was announced last week carries through the end of September, and that alone gives it a real shot at 650M. i'm not moving off 620M-630M yet though. Next week is when the fall season effect finally shows up in full, and i want to see how it behaves before bumping anything up.
