Vedat Muriqi Kosovo winner vs Ireland

Kosovo's first World Cup is suddenly within reach, and the guy they call Pirate is the reason it's even a conversation. Vedat Muriqi came back to the Kosovo National Team for a Nations League match and scored the winner against Ireland in the 83rd minute. That's the whole story in one swing. He's the all-time leading scorer for his country, he keeps producing at club level, and somehow he still does his best work in a Kosovo shirt. Nobody in world football gets less credit for this much output. WE RESPECT YOU, PIRATE! IMPOSSIBLE NOT TO LOVE THE PIRATE.
