El Charro the Hawk

A Ford plant in Mexico was getting hammered by pigeons until over 4,000 workers couldn't take the constant droppings anymore. They tried everything and ran out of options before bringing in a hawk named El Charro as the final solution. That single move cut bird-related incidents by 80% across the site. The factory actually recognized the bird's work with an Employee of the Month plaque.
