Police say Marvin Grant is the suspect after three United Rentals staff members were critically injured in a shooting at their Manassas, Virginia facility. Grant was working with the employees before he fled the scene in a gray Toyota with North Carolina plates. Authorities think he might have driven out of Northern Virginia.
