Steven Gerrard on Lisandro Martinez and Michael Carrick

Steven Gerrard says Lisandro Martínez's comments don't help Michael Carrick, especially days before facing Leeds United. He gets that Martínez is trying to protect Michael Carrick with his words, but he's just made a bigger mess instead. The timing is bad enough that Steven Gerrard thinks this should be spoken about behind closed doors rather than in public. #StevenGerrard #LisandroMartinez
