PSG target Eric García as Marquinhos successor

Marquinhos isn't going to be around forever, and PSG has apparently already picked out who they want as his long-term heir: Eric García. Le Parisien reports the Parisian club is eyeing the Barcelona defender for the next summer window, and the person pushing hardest for it is Luis Enrique. What's got the coach hooked is García's range. Center-back, right-back, defensive midfielder, the man can fill in wherever you need him, and that positional flexibility is exactly the kind of thing Enrique has always gravitated toward. The price tag being floated? Up to 70 million euros, which is the max PSG would be willing to put forward for the signing. Wild to think about a defender commanding that kind of number, but here we are. 🍪
