Park Ji-Sung Manchester United career

It took more than 200 matches for Park Ji-Sung to silence the skepticism that greeted his arrival at Manchester United in June 2005. When he became the first South Korean to step into the Premier League, fans insisted the signing was just a media strategy designed to sell jerseys internationally. That initial reception was tough, but Sir Alex Ferguson stepped in to help him adapt to the league, his new teammates, and life in England. The coach eventually declared that Park Ji-Sung is the player everyone would want to have. He proved them wrong by securing 13 titles at Old Trafford, a haul that included four Premier Leagues, one Champions League, and the Club World Cup. #ParkJiSung
