    Serbia students face governing test

The part nobody has an answer for yet is who actually runs the government. Vučić conceded defeat in Sunday's election after the protests, and now the representatives the students chose (farmers, actors, lawyers, professors, doctors, 250 of them) have to figure out a prime minister from a group with no single leader. Rewind to 2024: a train station roof caved in, 16 people died, and the protests that followed are what eventually forced the concession. Once parliament convenes there's a 90-day window to form a government, and a national budget that needs to clear before the year ends. Reuters, writer Daniyal, has the rundown. The odds have already been beaten once, and governing is a different fight entirely
