Kaká in tears at San Siro

The tears got me. Kaká couldn't keep it together at San Siro while the whole place rose to applaud him, and that ovation landed just before the Derby della Madonnina got going. Fresh off his induction into the Rossoneri Hall of Fame, too. Here's the thing for anyone who missed his era: the UEFA Champions League, the Ballon d'Or, all of it came in the AC Milan shirt. But the trophies aren't why people stood up. He connected with a whole generation in a way that's hard to explain to someone who never watched him live, and I'm not sure the newer fans fully get the scale of what his career actually was. Seeing a legend like that break down is a lot. YOU ARE ETERNAL, LEGEND.
