The premise of a favorite Dexter kill came up when Conan O'Brien put the question to Michael C. Hall, and his answer was that the victims are like his kids: equal love across the board. Then he named the one that broke the tie, Little Chino. A 6'8", 280-pound guy, and putting him down took two tranquilizers. What sets Chino apart from the rest of the body count is that he's the sole victim who ever got into Hall's dreams. The recurring version: Chino turns up at the beach house mid-dinner with the family, and Hall has to get up from the table and kill him all over again.
