Something that is proving decisive for Inter in this final stretch is home games. With Eduardo Baptista, there have been 3 wins in 3 matches. This equalled the number of wins by Pezzolano (3 in 14 matches) and started the longest winning streak as Inter host in the Brasileirão since the final stretch of 2024. If they win the two remaining matches (vs Vitória and RB Bragantino), they will very likely be safe from Série B. The last time they won at least five consecutive home games was also in 2024 (6 matches). Incidentally, here's a curiosity: Yesterday's match was the first time Inter won a game with more than 50% ball possession in this Brasileirão. Colorado had 64% possession vs Coritiba; overall, there were 13 matches with 1 win, 8 losses, and 4 draws. 📸Ricardo Duarte/Internacional
