If they had a spot for you in part two, would you be open to jumping on it? I'm not saying playing Michael. I'm saying maybe you could have played some other type of role. No, it's funny because they wanted me to audition for Barry Gordy, which is who Lorenz Tate ultimately was cast as. I would have been fired ahead. You know what, man? I didn't do it because I just looked at it like I had my moment. I see what you're saying. You know what I mean? Like I had my moment to help tell their story. and this is their time. This is their film. You know what I mean? Like, I don't want, I didn't want people looking at my possible involvement of a way of just, like, injecting me in it just for the sake of me being in it and be like, hey, y'all. You know what I mean? Like, no, I wholeheartedly and firmly believe that when artists are given an opportunity to tell their side or share their talent to help tell a story, you should let them do it, man. And, again, I thought everybody did an amazing job. Now, you know, if the sequel came out or the sequel is going to get done, but if there was a role in there where they may want me to audition or possibly offer to me where I felt it would make sense and it wouldn't take away from, you know, the film in any kind of way, then, yeah, I would definitely entertain it.
