King of Tooro dies at 34

At just 34, Rukirabasaija Omukama Oyo Nyimba Kabamba Iguru Rukidi IV has died. He was the world's youngest reigning monarch, having taken the throne of Tooro in Uganda in 1995 when he was only three years old.
