Kasdin Miller Mitchell Senate Vote

    di HOMERED: Donald Trump

The US Senate just pushed Kasdin Miller Mitchell forward for the District Judge seat in the Northern District of Texas by a 49-47 margin. Donald Trump put her name in May, pointing to her work on the Second Amendment and Religious Liberty. Before this, she clerked for legendary Justice Clarence Thomas and also served Judge William Pryor on the 11th Circuit. The Senate Judiciary Committee already gave the green light 11-10 back in summer. Now the full chamber has moved the nomination ahead while waiting for final confirmation. We need to keep fighting to confirm her and stop activist judges.
