Honey badger and caracal survival in Africa
A mother caracal takes on a Martial eagle to feed her cubs. Meanwhile honey badgers and mongooses are tearing into a monitor lizard's nest. Survival in Africa's dry season is a series of brutal trade-offs, and the honey badger is built for them: thick loose skin plus pure aggression means it can square up to predators many times its size. Whatever gets dug up, gets eaten, and then it's on to the next one.
