The Clone Wars Order 66 vs Revenge of the Sith
di Capucine · old hollywood: Ahsoka Tano
Rex physically fighting the chip that controls him, trying to get a warning to Ahsoka about Fives, and Ahsoka seeing her own troops turn against her: for me that Order 66 stretch in THE CLONE WARS (2008 to 2020) lands harder than the version in REVENGE OF THE SITH. The show had the room to sit in the betrayal.

Execute Order 66. Yes, Lord Sidious. Rex, it's Anakin. I feel like something terrible has happened. Rex? No. I'll do it. Rex, what's happening? Stay back! Find him. Find him. Vox. Find him! Find! Rex! I'm going to go.
