Patrick Stewart is the reason GREEN ROOM made it to theaters at all, per Jeremy Saulnier. Saulnier stepped away from cutting SLAYGROUND to present a tribute to Stewart and mark the film's 10th anniversary with a showing at Alamo Drafthouse in Los Angeles. He also shared that Stewart went out of his way to get approval for dropping an f*ck into one of his lines. The man negotiated his own profanity and kept the whole movie alive.
