Ebola outbreak Congo Uganda WHO

The World Health Organization has classified the Ebola outbreak in Congo and Uganda as a public health emergency of international concern. There have been more than 300 suspected cases and 88 deaths. According to the WHO, the outbreak does not meet the criteria for a pandemic, and they advise that closing international borders is not necessary.
